Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Botsa Satyanarayana on Tuesday announced that he would accept the decision of Congress High Command over Telangana issue.
Talking to reporters here, Botsa said that although he was a strong advocate of united Andhra Pradesh, he would accept Centre’s decision if it decides to bifurcate the State. However, he said that he had prayed to Lord Venkateshwara at Tirumala on Tuesday morning seeking a united AP. He also dismissed the reports that he was compromising on AP’s bifurcation to save his post.
Botsa said that the roadmap on Telangana, which he was asked to prepare by the Congress High Command, was ready and he would submit the same by visiting the national capital soon.
