Tributes for Bapu flow on Twitter

Many celebrities from Telugu film industry took to Twitter to express their feelings and pay rich tributes to legendary Bapu who passed away in Chennai few hours ago. While some recalled their past association with this genius artist and film maker, others remembered their childhood memories that are richly filled with movies made by Bapu and his alter-ego Ramana.

Actor Prakash Raj and filmmaker S S Rajamouli paid rich tributes remembering the great repute Bapu-Ramana brought to the Telugu film industry. Rajamouli expressed that Bapu will now be united with his childhood friend and alter-ego Ramana in the heavens.

Even Bollywood film maker Satish Kaushik on Twitter said, “Great Director and great human being, Bapu Saheb is no more! He was a great teacher and a well wisher for me. Your movies will keep you alive for ever sir.”

Many modern day actors and actresses including Vedhika, Allu Sirish, Navdeep, Siddharth, Lakshmi Manchu and music director Devi Sri Prasad remembered Bapu garu and his great works from the past. They also remembered the learning they received from these masterpieces.

Yesteryear heroine Radhika Sarath Kumar said that she is saddened by the demise of Bapu garu. She admired all his works and recalled her movie ‘Radha Kalyanam’ directed by Bapu garu, that has won her many awards and accolades.
