Amidst utter chaos and pandemonium in Loksabha, Speaker Meera Kumar asked Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde for tabling important bills. As soon as he came with the statement about Telangana bill saying is introducing the AP Reorganization Bill 2013 in the House, Speaker called for ‘Ayes’ and ‘Noes’ and announced that Telangana bill has been tabled.

She at once adjourned the house till Monday. This provoked seemandhra MPs with Sabbam Hari trying to snatch the bill from Shinde’s hands. Lagadapati Rajagopal broke the computer on the table of Lok Sabha Secretary General. TDP MP Modugula Venugopal Reddy broke the mikes of the speaker and tried to drive them into his stomach.
While Govt claimed Telangana bill was introduced in the Loksabha, Sushma Swaraj, leader of the opposition from BJP party demanded Govt to come out with a statement whether Telangana bill has been introduced in the Parliament or not? She said “Whatever happened today crossed all limits. It is not only unfortunate but shameful and Congress is responsible for it,” She added “I feel it was a part of the design. Government wanted ruckus…”.
Sushma said , “Because until I was in the house, they had not even read an ‘I’ of introduction. I was in the house for a long time. I wanted to sit even after they used the spray, but marshals told me the gas can be harmful and I should leave. I don’t know when the Speaker came, when the bill was introduced,”
