Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu has finally taken up indefinite hunger strike in Delhi as said by him earlier. Terming the move of Congress party to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh as ‘political match fixing’, Naidu started his deeksha today.

The former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister stated that Telangana is not just an issue of AP and Congress party, but it is a national issue that should be looked after by all parties. He supported his idea of fasting in Delhi as he wants to bring attention from national parties and media too. ‘When Seemandhra people are agitating from 70 days, why did the Congress party hasn’t called for any all-party meeting?’ asked Naidu, before starting his indefinite hunger strike.

‘Congress just wants to take political advantage and this T-decision is a match fixing. They didn’t follow any proper procedures to bifurcate the state’, stressed Naidu. The TDP president is actually getting ready to write letters to all parties exposing the opportunistic policies of Congress party.
