The CBI has today cleared the path for bail petition of YSRC president YS Jaganmohan Reddy. CBI  filed  three more  charge sheets at the special court in the Quid pro quo case as per the supreme court  deadline  to complete the  investigations process by September 9th .

It has filed one charge sheet  on Lepaksi  Knowledge hub case  on Friday , September 6. Todays  charge sheets were in connections with the Penna Cement, Raghuram Cement and India Cement issues that they had invested in Jagan companies as part of Quid Pro quo for the benefits given to their enterprises.

In a show of  seriousness and haste  the CBI filed the  charge sheets at the  Gagan Vihar court  as the  Nampally court judge was not working today.  DIG Venkatesh submitted the three chargesheets in a sealed cover. The CBI counsel also declared that  Jagan could now apply for bail tomorrow and that the agency has no issues to block it.
