Andhra capital in forest?

Union Minister for Environment Jairam Ramesh who was also a key member of GoM reportedly gave a free suggestion to the Telugu people that in case the people of Seemandhra wish to build a new capital then he can help in denotifying forest land.

This is perceived as an insult and also a hint that the people of Seemandhra should leave Hyderabad one day or the other and how their investments in Hyderabad have also gone fast. This attitude from Jairam Ramesh is not at all appreciative. This also gives an indication that a new Andhra capital should be built right from the scratch and at the same time there is no promise of package from the centre regarding funds for the new capital.
How valid and justified is the decision then? Even TDP chief Naidu lamented yesterday while interacting with media that while they all built Hyderabad with their sweat, it is ridiculous of a central minister to say that he will help in denotifying forest land to build a new capital for Andhra!
